StoryWalk© Book Set Return Policy

Our Ready to Use StoryWalk© book sets come in digital downloads, printed on normal thick coverstock paper, and laminated versions.

These can be customized slightly to include organization information and sponsorship logos.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital downloads, these are not returnable nor refundable.

If you have an issue with your download, please contact karl@larksigns.com for assistance.

Customized Book Sets

If you bought a customized book set and it arrived destroyed, wet, or damaged, then you may return the item within 30 days of purchase.

If you have an issue with your book set, please contact karl@larksigns.com for assistance.

Printed /Laminated Sets

If your Printed or Laminated StoryWalk© book sets arrived damaged, wet, or destroyed, they may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Shipping and label must be provided by the customer.

Once received, a refund will be issued to the customer.
