Ordering Process
-
How do I get started with an order?
Just send us your idea! Whether it’s a sketch, photo, or simple description, we’ll help refine it into what you’re looking for!
We prepare a free quote and digital proof before production.
-
Do I need to provide my own artwork?
Not necessarily. If you have artwork or logos, that’s great! We accept most standard formats (AI, PDF, JPG, PNG).
But if you don’t, our design team can create or clean up artwork for you.
-
Will I get to see a proof before my sign is made?
Absolutely. You’ll receive a digital proof for approval, and we don’t start production until you’re completely happy with it.
-
What's the turnaround time?
Most projects ship within 3–4 weeks after proof approval, though large or complex orders can take a little longer.
Rush service may be available—just ask!
-
Paying for your Order
We accept major credit cards, checks, and purchase orders from approved institutions. Payment terms vary depending on your organizations.
Invoice is sent once order has shipped.
-
Is there a Minimum Order Quantity?
Nope! We handle single signs, full garden systems, and everything in between.
